My journey to Health and Wellness began when I decided to make some life-changing decisions after one day I went shopping and tried on my normal size jeans, and they didn't fit, to lose only 10 pounds, I lost a total of 30 pounds within six weeks went from a size 9/10 down to a size 0/2. My weight loss journey inspired so many; they started asking me to help them with theirs. I enjoyed helping others so much that's when I decided I wanted to become a Fitness Coach.
After accomplishing my own personal weight loss goal, my desire to learn more about Health and Wellness grew more and more. It resulted in going down the path to help clients achieve one or more personal objectives. I wanted to encourage clients to help themselves, build motivation, as well as confidence and commitment.
I want my clients to identify their own strengths and provide them with tools to overcome difficulties in a positive way, starting with their mind, body, and soul. I create customized programs and help set goals to support optimal health and well-being. These programs will include “Kids Fitness” to enhance children’s activities and nutrition because child obesity is on the rise. One out of every five children in the U.S. is overweight.
After being in my program, you’re going to feel more empowered and confident, with the necessary life changes than ever before. It’s time to shift our minds so that we can envision a better life. One thing I do know, for certain contrary to popular belief, “one size does not fit all.”
